Take time to relax, indulge and rejuvinate with us! We'll inspire you to ceremony, dance, journey, envision, express and celebrate during this soul-satisfying Spring Cleanse weekend at the beautiful Galiana Retreat Sanctuary in Upstate New York.
Your meals will be comprised of naturally delicious, nutritious, freshly prepared cleansing tonics, enlivening juices, satisfying smoothies, comforting broths and big salads, all made with the freshest, seasonal, organic ingredients available.
From your arrival to departure, we plan to nourish you, body mind and soul.
